Fitness Crawls are sweeping cities all over and now Louisville joins them!
Louisville Fitness Crawl will be January 20-25, 2014. Gyms, Fitness Centers and Yoga Studios all over the city will be participating in the Fitness Crawl. Its free to participate and choices range from hot yoga, to body pump, to water pilates.
Some of the options I’m excited to give a try include:

B. Barre is an intensive body shaping experience designed to produce reliable results by lengthening and chiseling muscles through small isolated holds with tiny movements and tremendous mental connection. The method is influenced by classical and modern dance (though it is not a dance class) and utilizes a ballet barre to achieve optimal positioning. Insights from Pilates, yoga and orthopedic stretching also balance the method’s unique approach. Expect an extreme challenge and prepare to leave feeling calmly energized with this hands on personal group training session perfect for beginners.

Our signature Traditional Hot Yoga class is for beginner to advanced students. A 26-pose, 2 sets each system, taught with specific alignment instructions according to Bikram Choudhary.
